Ireland and back!
Assalamualaikum
I just came back recently from Ireland recently and truth be told, there is nothing much there in Dublin unless if you travel a few hours away to see the scenic parts of Ireland. I stayed at a hostel there and also at Sis Hazrina's house. She's currently a doctor there in Ireland. I love the Hanafi's sisters, Mashallah, awesome personality. No, actually, I think its because they are more 'like' ME. Lols.
I started of the trip taking an EasyBus.com service to the airport and boy, they are not good. They were late, both times going and coming back. Its a van, without heater and driver is a bit off. (If you know what I mean =S ) Usually I would take national rail or actually, my husband plans everything and I just go with him. So for this daurah( islamic conference), I travelled with my murabbiah ( female guru), Sis B. I guess it was great. I loved it. We bonded! Woohoo! Alhamdulillah. The first night I had to travel to the Stanstead Airport, I ate something wrong and I vomited inside the van. (Eewwwwwwwww, I know) But I had vomited in the plastic bag. Then it was freezing in the van, then I cried, then I vomited again and it was cold, so I became homesick and cried for my mum, then I vomited. Really, I thought I was really going to die in that EasyBus..then I vomited again.. in total around 5-6 times. ='(... Omg, whats with the details of my vomit! *facepalm*
Moving on....
Yeay Kak B and I! We just finished the conference from the Building behind us which was the Gresham Hotel. We waited for the bus to the airport which approx took 40 mins and costs 3.05 euro to reach the airport. So, since we were LATE aka salah pencaturan dalam hidup; We had to get off the bus, and hop into a cab which took roughly 15 mins and costs 15 euro. There are abundant taxis in Ireland, just wait on the curb and wave.
This is the most memorable hot chocolate for me. I was pale and restless when I reached the airport to meet Kak B. And she bought me this to help me bring some color to me cheeks! *glows warmly*
This was our lunch after landing from Ireland and our hectic trip. We had a nice chat and I made Kak B laughed so much, she teared! Astaghfirullah. I felt so bad coz we muslims should not laugh so much but smile more to prevent lagho. Astaghfirullah.. =')
Finally, a special thanks to Kak Hazrina for arranging this wonderful Islamic conference, her housemates Kak Fatimah the newly wed and Kak Emy for letting us into your beautiful house and car. May Allah reward you all generously! Ameen. Btw am in love with Kak Emy!
Kak Emy, my cutie pie. One of those people that you'd like to spend your time just observing their antics. =)
Ok, now I am at my university, even though I have no classes because I just sent my car to be serviced and I need to get it back at 5pm. I sent it at 8am. Talk about waiting! =_='
And so, I decided to do some work for the upcoming seminar wanita that I have to arrange and catch up on my homework! Peace out! Pray for me please!
PS: Currently finished 'Inferno by Dan Brown' and now starting on 'Ibadah sepenuh hati by Amru Khalid'.
Salamz!
