Recipe : Crispy Donut

Hi and Assalamualaikum..

I am now hooked on this youtuber called Ochikeron and her cooking channel. Not only she is talented, the food looks clean and delicious!

And so, for usrah yesterday, I decided to try out one of her recipes in creating a simple and delicious donut.

Here is the result:

Ingredients:

1) 0.3 cup of milk
2) 2 tbsp oil
3) 2 tbsp brown sugar
4) 3/4 self raising flour

Mix everything together and cut into 8 portions. I used the parchment paper technique and it worked fine. I also re-used the parchment papers a few times. For the actual recipe, watch her cute video. =) Hubby gave it a 5 star. hehe.. as usual... =) Alhamdulillah..xD
